Privacy notice
What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Blackdrome Network is a venture of Blackdrome AI Labs. For anything about your data, write to hello@blackdrome.tech.
What we collect
Company requests: your name, work email, company, the areas you pick and your description of what you need. We use them to reply and to scope the work.
Contributor applications: your name, email, country and time zone, area of expertise, experience, availability, profile links and what you tell us about your work. We use them to assess whether you fit current or upcoming projects and to contact you about them.
Spam protection: if our checks stop a submission, we may keep it with technical details of the request (IP address, country, browser and the reason it was stopped) in a separate, isolated store for up to 90 days, only to study and block abuse.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who sees it
Our team. We share a contributor's profile with a client only after telling the contributor about the specific opportunity. We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to host the site and deliver form submissions, and they may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Company requests stay as long as the conversation is useful. Contributor applications stay for up to two years so we can contact you about new work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@blackdrome.tech. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
